Pizza Made the Old Way

Wood Fired, operated by WOOD FIRED PIZZA PLUS LLC, opened its doors in Bethel with a simple mission: serve the best wood-fired pizza in Fairfield County. Our centerpiece is a handmade brick oven imported from Naples, fired with local hardwoods and running at 900 degrees.

Every pizza starts with our slow-fermented dough, made fresh daily using Caputo flour. We hand-stretch each pie, top it with premium ingredients, and fire it in under two minutes. The result is a crust that is crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, with just the right amount of char.
